MySonixPlan is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS MySonixPlan offers digital skincare programs, including The Glow Protocol, delivered electronically upon purchase. We have made every effort to accurately represent our digital products and their contents. However, results may vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, and consistency of use. MySonixPlan does not warrant that results from The Glow Protocol will meet your specific expectations. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a digital product. MySonixPlan reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until MySonixPlan confirms acceptance and processes your payment. Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly upon purchase, please review your order carefully before submitting. MySonixPlan may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once a digital product has been delivered. In the event that we do not accept or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email address provided at the time of purchase.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices for The Glow Protocol plans — Starter ($39), Basic ($59), Essential ($79), Advanced ($129), Premium ($189), and Elite ($219) — are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information for all purchases and to promptly update your information as needed.
SECTION 5 - DIGITAL DELIVERY All MySonixPlan products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to your purchased Glow Protocol plan via email and/or your account dashboard. MySonixPlan is not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout or technical issues outside our control. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of purchase.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All MySonixPlan content — including but not limited to The Glow Protocol PDF guides, video lessons, AI coaching tools, quiz technology, frequency analysis reports, brand name, logo, and all related materials — is owned by MySonixPlan or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the purchased digital content for your own personal skincare use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or create derivative works from any MySonixPlan content without our prior written consent.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS You may be provided access to third-party tools as part of the Services, including AI coaching features powered by third-party technology. We provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. MySonixPlan shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools integrated into our Services.
